Acceler8 announces Eric Kendricks – Minnesota Viking and UCLA alumni – is joining the team!

Dedicated to supporting his community both here in Los Angeles and in Minnesota, Eric was born and raised in Clover, CA. With his father Marvin being a former professional running back, it was perhaps inevitable that Eric would follow in his footsteps and be selected to UCLA where he played linebacker for the Bruins. In his 2014 senior year, Eric played on the All-America team and won the coveted Butkus Award for the nation's top linebacker. The following year, he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings and has been both a fan favorite and positive role model in Minnesota ever since.

As part of Eric’s community outreach, he has always been happy to help out where he can. Whatever program he approaches, Eric always bring his dedication and hard work ethic. And with an automotive passion, Eric was delighted to partner with our Acceler8 Automotive Education Program, where he is looking forward to learning more about the industry himself.

As we look at opportunities to work together through the remainder of 2022 and into 2023, Eric has expressed an eagerness to meet the youth enrolled in the Aceler8 program. We’re all look forward to cheering him on this season as he tries to take the Vikings to the 2023 Super Bowl!
